About Us

Waypoint Private Capital was founded in 2009 as a successor to a private equity and investment banking firm we were part of, for the purpose of bringing senior level expertise in mergers and acquisitions and capital sourcing to owners of middle-market privately held businesses. In addition to being very experienced investment bankers, our partners are former business owners and C-level executives from a broad range of industries. 


Our team is passionate about working with business owners and entrepreneurs to assist them in developing and executing strategies to grow and enhance the value of their company, including acquiring other companies, sourcing capital for growth and recapitalization, and ultimately, to sell their company at the right time and for the right price.   


In serving our clients we bring our expertise to bear with a focus on building trusted relationships around clear and effective communication, along with the highest degree of ethics and honesty.
