We founded Waypoint in 2009 as a successor to a private equity firm and a merchant bank, for the purpose of bringing senior level expertise in an investment bank to the widely underserved lower middle market. Our partners are former business owners and C-level executives in a broad range of industries including manufacturing and distribution, construction, retail, business services, technology, and financial services.
