For the past 10+ years Dan has served small to medium-sized companies as an Independent Consultant providing contract CFO services, advising capital and debt structure/placement, and assisting management teams with the development and implementation of long-term growth strategies. From 2008 to 2012, Dan served as Co-Managing Partner of GiANT Capital, LLC. GiANT provides services to companies throughout the United States. In 2012, Dan sold his interest in GiANT to his partners. Prior to 2008, Dan had a 35-year career in banking which included being President and CEO of Alliance Bank, Senior Credit Officer for two Oklahoma City community banks, and Division Head of Private Banking for Boatmen's Bank, Oklahoma. Outside the banking sector, Dan was President & CEO and owner of a wholesale distribution company, served as President & CEO of an award-winning manufacturing company, and was EVP and CFO of a privately owned fully licensed NASD investment/securities firm. In addition to being a Advisory Board Member at Waypoint Private Capital, Dan is currently an active Board Member of New View Oklahoma, Executive Partner at Great Range Capital, Kansas City, and a member of Crossing Community Church, Oklahoma. Dan and his wife, Barbie, live in Edmond, Oklahoma and enjoy traveling and spending time with their five children and nine grandchildren. Dan earned his BA from Oklahoma University in 1971, majoring in Industrial Psychology.
